100% Peat-free and made using organic methods, our Soil Improver Compost is made from green garden materials (ie grass clippings and weeds) reusing and recycling what we call ‘waste’ into a useable product that is good for you and good for the Earth. Use as an additive to current soil, mixing in a ratio of 1:1 in order to break down heavy clay areas and reintroduce minerals and nutrients in the soil changing the structure into a rich, useable soil.
SUGGESTED USE:
- Simply dig into current garden soil for immediate benefits
- May also be used as a mulch by loosely mixing with current soil around base of plants and/or shrubs.
- Useful for indoor and outdoor gardening and will add nutrients and improve soil structure for plants, herbs, flowers, veggies, bulbs, shrubs, etc.
- Soil Improver Compost is not to be used alone, as it is not a multi-purpose compost, however may be used in conjunction with our Leaf Mould Compost or topsoil.
- Not recommended for seed starting.
- May be used year round.
- Safe for use around children and pets, vegan-friendly, all-natural and wholesome.
- Contains no chemicals or additives.
Additional information: Ideally use within 1 year of purchase however can be used for longer as it has no sell by date; Store unused product away from chemicals and weed killers; Wear gloves while gardening and wash hands after handling product and before eating or drinking
